Faculty of Science and Food Technology - Students visit the Ajinomoto Bien Hoa factory

Continuing the series of student visits to food manufacturing companies, the Faculty of Science and Food Technology organized a visit to the Ajinomoto Bien Hoa factory.

Established since 1991, and having undergone significant development over time, Ajinomoto Vietnam now operates two manufacturing plants in Bien Hoa and Long Thanh, Dong Nai province. Apart from its state-of-the-art production lines, Ajinomoto Vietnam is also a pioneer in developing a model green factory, aiming for sustainable development and maintaining a clean, green environment.

In the program, students participate in experiencing the working environment of Ajinomoto's seasoning powder packaging workshop, the application experimental garden of Ami bio-fertilizers, and the wastewater treatment area. This is an effective way for students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational structure of the enterprise in real-life settings, motivating them to pursue focused studies and achieve high academic results.

Additionally, students also experience a baking session organized by Ajinomoto. They are enthusiastic about directly preparing and tasting the results of their baking efforts.

The field trip is a valuable opportunity for students to enhance their knowledge, improve their professional skills, and provide good support for their future careers after graduation.
