ABSTRACT:
This study examines the demographic factors affecting the use of credit cards in e-commerce transactions. The research was conducted in Dong Nai Province from January to April 2022. The study subjects include residents of Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City, and Long Thanh District. Based on the findings, several solutions related to customer demographic characteristics are proposed to help commercial banks develop appropriate policies and strategies to encourage customers to use credit cards in the future.
