In particular, the two universities agreed to implement short-term (one week) and long-term (one semester) student exchange programs, enabling students to experience an international learning environment, engage in cultural exchange, and enhance their global competencies

Regarding faculty members, both sides expressed their desire to promote mobility exchange activities, joint research and the co-organization of academic conferences. In addition, LHU invited UMN to participate in the IC Project, an academic and innovation platform organized by LHU in a hybrid format (on-site combined with online), thereby strengthening academic collaboration and innovation between faculty and students of the two universities.

One area of particular interest to both sides was the potential for research collaboration in Artificial Intelligence (AI), along with academic exchange and mutual learning in the fields of art, media, and multimedia - areas of strength at UMN and also key development directions of LHU in the coming period.
